Professionally, Jenny is an ecologist and she landed her first job in Zimbabwe after graduating from Leeds University. She promptly fell in love with the continent. Since Zimbabwe, she has led expeditions all over the world, worked for a game capture unit in South Africa and set up conservation and community projects in Swaziland.

This ultimately led her to setting up her own business, Sense Africa, organising tailor-made and guided safaris. She is the UK representative for the Kingdom of Swaziland, a guide and an author.
